The versatile application of heat sinks has further enhanced the performance of modern radiators. To cater to various usage requirements, the specifications of the heat sink products are extensive, allowing users to select according to their needs. Currently, the base tubes of the composite finned tubes can be made of carbon steel, copper, titanium, stainless steel, and more.

With the advancement of production technology, the heat dissipation tubes produced boast enhanced performance features such as low thermal resistance, excellent heat transfer, high strength, low friction, non-scaling, strong corrosion resistance, smooth and aesthetically pleasing appearance, and long service life. For instance, a specific product is customized according to the actual needs of the customer. Its manufacturing process is cost-effective, involving the lamination of steel and aluminum, followed by rolling on a machine, which ensures a tight bond between the steel base tube and aluminum fins. It features low thermal resistance, good heat transfer, high strength, low flow loss, strong corrosion resistance, and a long service life.

In the chemical industry, aluminum-made heat exchanger tubes are predominantly used. Their floating head design effectively compensates for significant thermal stress in environments with high temperature differences and during initial equipment operation. This product is available in various specifications, consisting of different tube lengths, numbers, and arrangements. The flow design can be customized to include dual rows of 160, triple rows of 200, quadruple rows of 260, and more, allowing users to select as needed.

What components are actually included within the heat pipes, and what functions do they serve? Among them is a part called a mandrel, primarily used to clear the cooling tubes. It is typically made of thin, flexible shims, measuring about 100 cm in length, 1 cm in width, and 0.1 cm in thickness, designed to fit smoothly through the cooling tubes and should come with a handle for ease of operation.

In the heat pipes, both the fins and the water-blocking plates are crucial components. During pressure testing of the repaired heat pipes, the water-blocking plate must be used to seal the outlet. For other types of heat exchangers, the outlets are typically made of copper pipes and can be sealed simply by placing a blowing sleeve over the outlet, without the need for a water-blocking plate.
