Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Arch Sheet: Composed of an outer surface layer, reinforcement layer, and inner surface structure.


The outer layer, which comes into contact with the atmosphere and sunlight, must possess anti-aging, UV-resistant, and aesthetically pleasing properties, with a thickness of no less than 0.3mm. Ashland's gel coat resin is utilized.


The intermediate layer is a load-bearing structure designed to support rain, snow, and personnel maintenance. The main load-bearing layer requires sufficient strength margin. The reinforcing layer is made with unsaturated polyester resin 3301 as the matrix, reinforced with alkali-free and untwisted glass fiber grid cloth, with a resin content of not less than 60% and a thickness of not less than 8mm.


The inner surface layer (rich in resin) is the layer that comes into contact with the corrosive gases inside the pool. This layer must possess a rich resin inner surface with heat resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-seepage, and anti-static properties. The rich resin inner surface is made of vinyl ester anti-static resin, glass fiber alkali-free chopped mat, with a resin content of not less than 75% and a thickness of not less than 1.5mm. The glass fiber reinforced plastic sheath is manufactured using a one-time molding process.


The purpose of the glass-fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) arch-shaped cover is to seal the wastewater pond, preventing gas emissions and environmental pollution. Generally, GFRP or PP arc-shaped covers are used for sealing.

11. Lightweight, high-strength, non-deforming, stable in volume, and crack-resistant.


12. Featuring a unique structural design, the installation maintains an intact overall shape, eliminating the need for supports. It boasts excellent resistance to wind, snow and rain loads, as well as the ability to withstand maintenance loads.


The lid's outer surface features a uniform coating, which is smooth, crack-free, and evenly colored; the resin content of the lid is over 70%, with the structural layer ranging from --% to 55%, and the curing degree of the composite material is no less than 80%.


14. The roof plate has a load-bearing capacity less than 0.5 KN/m², and the disturbance is no greater than 1%.
