Due to the high operating temperatures of many chimneys (typically ranging from 50-180°C) and the complex composition of the flue gas, general resins often fail to meet the requirements. Therefore, the key to selecting internal lining and structural resin is their ability to withstand corrosion under high-temperature conditions. The choice of structural resin materials must also accommodate high-temperature resistance, and consideration must be given to the matching of the tensile elongation at break of the structural resin with that of the lining resin. For ease of installation, we process the chimneys in sections based on the customer's installation requirements and then assemble them on-site. Alternatively, we can design the installation process according to the customer's wishes.
