Steel grating is an open steel structure fixed by welding or press locking, composed of bearing flat steel and crossbars at a certain spacing in an orthogonal arrangement; the crossbars are generally made of twisted square steel, round steel, or flat steel, and are available in carbon steel and stainless steel materials.

Material Type: G for Carbon Steel

BG - Stainless Steel

Rod Spacing: 100mm (center to center)

50mm (center distance)

Bar Size: Standard 6mm Twisted Square Steel

Small-scale steel grating is made of 5mm twisted square steel.

Common stainless steel thickness: 5mm

Flange Steel Sizes: Standard sizes ranging from 20×3mm to 75×6mm and more

Flange Spacing: Series 1 - 30mm (center to center)

Series 2 - 40mm (Center Distance)

Series 3, 60mm (Center Distance)

Flat Steel Type: P for Plain Flat Type (can be abbreviated)

S for enhanced anti-slip tooth pattern

Example: G253/30/100PG specifications use 25×3 standard flat steel strips, with a strip spacing of 30mm and a cross-bar spacing of 100mm, forming hot-dip galvanized steel grating.
