In today's era of rapid industrial development, air purification technology is increasingly intertwined with electronics, food, and biotechnology industries, contributing to the production and living standards. Air purification engineering is a systematic project, with cleanliness levels categorized by purification grades, commonly including 100, 1,000, 10,000, 100,000, and 300,000 levels.
When electric heating is required for an air purification and conditioning system, a tubular electric heater should be selected, positioned on the upstream side of a high-efficiency air filter, and fire safety measures must be in place.
2. The air purification engineering exhaust fans can be selected based on the total air volume and total resistance value of the air purification system. The resistance of medium-efficiency and high-efficiency air filters should be calculated as twice their initial resistance.
In the purification engineering, in addition to the DC systems and those equipped with duty fans for the air conditioning system, preventive measures against back-drafting should be taken to prevent outdoor polluted air from entering the purification workshop through the fresh air intake.
4. The design of air purification and air conditioning systems should reasonably utilize recirculated air. Recirculated air should not be used when the process generates a large amount of harmful substances and local treatment does not meet hygiene requirements, or when it poses a hazard to other processes.
