ZN-C Type New Concentration Tank


       

1. The ZN-C model features an extended筒体分离段.

2. To overcome the drawback of the secondary steam from the concentrator's top being condensed and returned to the tank before entering the condenser, this equipment modifies the condenser to a sloping horizontal design.

3. To enhance the production capacity of the equipment, the heating surface area of the concentrate tank jacket, as well as the surface area of the condenser and cooler, has been increased to varying degrees.

4. To prevent dead corners in the outlet pipe of the concentrate tank, this product utilizes a stainless steel spherical design.

5. A quick-release handhole is set at the bottom of the concentrator for easy cleaning of the residual liquid and sludge inside.

6. The ZN-C model features a heating jacket divided into two or three sections. When the liquid level is low, the upper section is closed to prevent drywall from heating. The bottom has been changed to a conical shape for easier draining of the concentrated liquid.
