Have you ever tried sprouting sprouts at home? I haven't, but my grandmother did, and some of the sprouts didn't germinate, and some even rotted. I'm not sure if it was due to the temperature or the timing. Below is a guide I've compiled to help reduce the incidence of rotten sprouts.
That's by using our factory's multi-functional sprout machine. Why so? Take a look.
Our factory's sprout machines produce sprouts that are shorter in cycle and of higher quality compared to traditional handcrafted sprouts. The typical cycle for handcrafted sprouts is 4 to 5 days in summer and 7 to 9 days in winter, whereas the multi-functional sprout machine can harvest sprouts in just 3 to 3.5 days without being affected by weather conditions or seasons. Our multi-functional sprout machines ensure uniform and consistent growth of sprouts in a controlled, constant-temperature environment, overcoming the issue of handcrafted sprouts where the top leaves are large and the roots are long, while the sides and bottom are short or not growing, with only the center being good.
Reducing the incidence of rotting sprouts. The occurrence of rotting sprouts in soybean sprout cultivation typically happens around the third day post-germination. Due to the longer cycle of manual soybean sprout production, rotting sprouts are more common. However, with the use of soybean sprout machines, the sprouts are ready for harvest and consumption within about three days, eliminating the issue of rotting sprouts.
Labor-saving and easy to operate. Simply place the soaked seeds into the sprouting machine's germination box, and there's no need to worry about it. It will automatically heat and water, producing crisp and tender sprouts in just 3 to 3.5 days.
