The格栅清污机 is composed of a frame, drive unit, toothed rake, and transmission chain, which underwater grids (rakes) intercept dirt on the track. Upon reaching the top, due to the guiding effect of the bent track and gears, relative motion occurs between adjacent rakes. The dirt is then ejected and unloaded into a debris container due to its own weight. Simultaneously, a special rotating brush removes trace residues from the rakes.

This product is widely used in water supply and drainage for two grates, water intake with no coarse float structure, and in urban wastewater treatment for industrial waste, papermaking, textile, leather, winemaking, sugar pressing, and aquaculture.
