The CW-M series large lathe has a mature structure with high power, strong rigidity, and a wide spindle speed range. It is suitable for heavy-duty or high-speed cutting. It can process both internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end faces, grooves, chamfers, drilling, and threading on various shaft and disk components. It can also process common metric threads, British threads, module threads (can process common taper threads when equipped with a taper gauge), and special threads require consultation. The small tool post can machine short tapered bodies, and the compound movement of longitudinal feed and small tool post feed can machine long tapered bodies, demonstrating its superiority in processing large and complex parts.
