4. The gear box of the decelerating motor should be opened once every six months to inspect gear wear and replace lubricating oil. The seals of the transmission should also be replaced regularly.

5. Clean the iron oxide scales beneath the hot conveying roller, lifting table, and furnace roller track on a weekly basis.

6. Inspect the wear on the hot conveyor and feed conveyor couplings every 3 months.

7. Daily inspect the base bolts of the pusher machine for looseness; check if the steel pusher is deformed; the hydraulic cylinder should operate sensitively and reliably with no oil leakage. Verify if the cylinders are synchronized and for any signs of oil leakage. Promptly address any issues found.

8. Check daily for loose anchor bolts on the base of the push rod of the waste disposal unit; the hydraulic cylinder should operate smoothly and reliably with no oil leakage, and ensure synchronization; verify if the trolley machine is functioning normally.

9. The connecting bolts of the lift platform must not be loose; the reducer should operate normally without noise, and the oil level should not be below the lower limit of the oil mark; inspect the chain and chain sprockets to ensure smooth transmission and proper tension of the chain, and lubricate the chain regularly.

10. Ensure the flat bracket assembly operates smoothly without any vibrations. If issues such as these arise, promptly contact a fitter to replace the variable rod assembly; lubricate the pivot of the pivot assembly regularly, once a week.

11. Check for any damage to the cold plate clamp, ensure the rail clamping bolts are securely fastened, verify that the hydraulic cylinder operates smoothly and reliably with no leakage, and confirm if the cylinders are synchronized and if there are any signs of leakage.
