Fully Automatic Straight-Cut Tester with Computer Control

 

YDS-3The Rock Direct Shear Test Machine is a computer servo-controlled fully automatic direct shear test machine independently researched, developed, and produced by our company, based on the technical requirement proposal proposed by Chengdu University of Technology. It is mainly used for variousDirect shear test of rock (soil). The testing machine can simultaneously apply vertical (normal) test force and horizontal test force (shear force) to the sample, and can also simultaneously measure the vertical and horizontal deformation of the sample, with the loading and unloading force speed controlled by the servo oil circuit.

One,Key Features

1) Can conduct a variety of tests

2) Utilizing imported servo valves in conjunction with our independently produced high-precision pressure sensors to form a closed-loop servo control system. Offers high measurement accuracy and superior control performance.

 

3) The normal load reaction frame features a sliding track with ball bearings in place to reduce friction. This design ensures the specimen remains in the correct position during testing while virtually eliminating the influence of friction on the normal force, thereby enhancing the accuracy of normal force data collection.

4) The shear load reaction frame features a moving track with ball bearings arranged to reduce friction. This ensures the position of the specimen under load during the experiment. In collaboration with Chengdu University of Technology, we have conducted joint experimental discussions and introduced the installation of a shear force sensor at the rear of the cutting box. This installation method completely eliminates the influence of horizontal friction forces on the shear force during the experiment, significantly enhancing the accuracy of the test.

5) System features4-axis normal displacement sensors and 2-axis horizontal displacement sensors, which simultaneously complete the shear test and the compression deformation test of the specimen.

6) Due to our company's complete in-house R&D and production, we can accommodate various dimensional requirements for shear testing.

7) The computerized automatic control of normal force and shear force ensures the stable maintenance of normal force and precise control of shear speed.

8) Real-time data and graphical display features make the entire experimental process more intuitive.
