XD9 Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) thickener for washing purposes, boasting a high viscosity, with a measured viscosity of 8000 mPa.s (at 25°C in a 1% water solution) when tested with a National Standard B-type viscometer. It requires only about 0.6% by volume and exhibits excellent acid and salt resistance. It addresses the quality issues of commonly used 6501, 6502, and 02 powders, such as thickening with salt and instability due to temperature changes. It is widely used in the high-end cleaning industry.
