    Most people might think that paints and coatings are solely for decorative purposes, but that's not the case. Modern building materials demand high performance, which includes fire-resistant, corrosion-proof, moisture-proof, and insulating materials. Products like high-temperature corrosion-resistant coatings, which boast excellent corrosion-proof properties, are now widely used in various fields. Next, let's explore the application precautions for high-temperature corrosion-resistant coatings.

    Prior to application, the surface of the anti-corrosion material must be meticulously treated. Surface rust, oil, and other contaminants must be removed. For surfaces that require welding for steel corrosion protection, there should be no weld spatter or sharp edges. The surface treatment should be completed within 12 hours to prevent secondary contamination.

    2. The temperature range is 5-35 degrees, with relative humidity not exceeding 75 degrees, or if the coated surface temperature is more than 3 degrees above the dew point, and work is carried out in the presence of rain, fog, snow, or dust, the product will be significantly affected.

    We recommend application methods such as brushing, rolling, and spraying. For different construction methods requiring coatings with varying viscosity for high-temperature corrosion resistance, different mixing ratios are necessary for different uses to achieve better effects.

    4. After applying the high-temperature and corrosion-resistant coating and allowing it to dry for 24 hours, proceed with the second layer of paint application. After opening the anti-corrosion coating, seal the drum cap, otherwise it is susceptible to degradation due to moisture, alcohol, and water, which may affect its usability or render it unusable.

    5. Under normal room temperature and humidity, it is recommended to allow the product to dry for 7-10 minutes after installation before putting it into use for optimal performance.

    6. High-temperature resistant anticorrosive coatings are both heavy-duty corrosion protection products and hazardous materials. As such, they should be stored in cool, well-ventilated areas, away from any sources of fire or heat, and fire precautions must be taken. Particularly, open flames are strictly prohibited on construction sites.

    Ensure that well-ventilated areas are set up on construction sites as much as possible to prevent intoxication.
