The electric heating reactor should be installed on a sturdy, level work surface. The height of the table is determined by the equipment used and the installation and maintenance space surrounding the workbench, ensuring some space is left.
The installation requirements for the vertical drive shaft and horizontal plane in the electrically heated reactor are specified, rather than a vertical tilt, and not exceeding 1/1000 of the total height of the moving equipment.
The electrically heated reactor equipment, including spare parts and safety valves, must be installed in accordance with the requirements of the reactor for each process.
Upon completion of installation, please inspect the reliability of the connected and driven parts, ensuring each connection pipe, nozzle, and airtightness test machine have no foam, overflow, dripping, or leakage.
Before turning on the motor in the electrically heated reactor, the fan blades of the reducer jet oil shield hand-rotated fan are checked for free movement, cleaning away any dirt from the reactor walls prior to the introduction of the catalyst. In the empty state, the reactor operates for 30 minutes with continuous noise and vibration, preceding the official feedstock production.
