The SN-D1600 flat-end mixer truck should be checked for cleanliness before loading material. If there are other materials inside the tank, they should be flushed first to ensure the tank is clean before loading new material. The mixing of materials and water or other liquids should be done according to requirements. The flat-end mixer truck can control both the material and water volume. Loading and mixing should be strictly carried out according to the material ratio. After the materials are mixed in the flat-end mixer truck, to prevent segregation and solidification, the drum should rotate at a low speed during transportation. The driving speed of the loaded flat-end mixer truck should not exceed 50km/h.
