ZQ and ZQB series submersible axial flow pump advantages:

(1) Due to the integrated design of the motor and pump, there is no need for time-consuming and labor-intensive assembly processes such as aligning the motor, transmission mechanism, and pump shaft at the installation site, making on-site installation convenient.

(2) Due to underwater operation, the civil and architectural engineering of the pumping station can be significantly simplified, reducing the installation area and saving up to 30-40% in construction costs.

Low noise, absence of high temperatures inside the pumping station, improves the operating environment, and can be built as a fully underground pumping station as required, maintaining the ground-level environmental aesthetics.

(4) The潜水 motors feature dual or triple mechanical seals. In terms of hydraulic models, we have incorporated the advantages of similar products, adopting the internationally recognized variable vane quantity and variable axial surface velocity lift method for a new hydraulic power generation model with excellent cavitation performance. Additionally, they are interchangeable with traditional pumps, making it convenient for users to select and operate them.

I. Structural Description:

The ZQ and ZQB series submersible axial flow pumps feature a submersible motor located above the pump. The submersible motor is a dry-type design, utilizing F-grade insulation, mechanical and auxiliary seals, with a leak chamber and internal winding, bearing temperature rise protection device. It is equipped with a control cabinet, offering wide adaptability to water quality and environmental conditions, adjustable blades, and a broad operating range.

Main Applications and Usage Environment:

The ZQ and ZQB series submersible axial flow pumps are suitable for urban water supply and drainage, agricultural irrigation, construction of pump stations, water conservancy projects, construction sites, and aquaculture drainage. The QZB submersible axial flow pump is designed for low lift and high flow applications. Our newly developed submersible axial flow pump boasts high efficiency and excellent cavitation performance, with each product's quality and performance tested repeatedly on our in-house test bench.
