Operating Principle:
Material enters through the feeding port of the feeding mechanism.Grading machineAfterward, the material is evenly distributed and thrown into the retainer ring by the distribution disk on the vertical grading wheel, falling into the grading zone. The grading air enters the spiral-shaped air chamber, flows into the grading wheel in a centripetal direction through the guide vane blades, and the fine powder meeting the grading size requirements is separated out under the action of gravity in the grading zone. The fine powder, together with the grading air, flows at high speed and enters the fine powder collection system, then separated from the grading air. The coarse powder falls to the lower part of the grading machine and is discharged through an electric discharge valve with an airtight seal.
