Washing Instructions
Inspections and pressure tests must be conducted on protective suits to ensure there are no defects. Additionally, protective suits must be selected based on their intended use.
2. However, it is necessary to apply an anti-fog agent inside the protective suit's visor as suggested.
3. Select two "collaborative organizations" for assistance while wearing protective gear.
4. Undergarments should be worn beneath the protective suits; at the very least, long-sleeved and long pants, or long "undergarments," are recommended. Fire-resistant undergarments should be considered.
Remove personal items that may damage the protective suits, such as pens, badges, jewelry, etc.
6. Remove shoes (This step can be skipped when wearing protective suits with tall rubber boots attached. Some tall rubber boots do not allow outdoor shoes to be worn inside.)
7. Roll the pant legs into the stockings to easily slip on the protective suit pants and tall boots.
8. If using an self-contained breathing apparatus, inspect and assemble the device, complete all connections, adjust according to the manufacturer's instructions, unless the breathing apparatus requires it, do not wear the mask at this time.
9. If using a breathing tube air supply system, inspect and complete all connections and adjustments, and do not wear the mask unless required by the breathing device.
10. Place both legs into the protective suit while seated.
Place both feet into the overcoat boots and pull down the splash guard on top of the galoshes. (Note: Work boots should be one to two sizes larger than the usual boots worn, providing ample space to fit the protective suit boots inside the galoshes.)
Open the air supply unit, put on the mask, and ensure the air supply system is functioning properly.
13. Stand up, tie the inner belt, if applicable.
Step into the protective suit, insert your arms and head, zip it up, and then secure the zipper to cover.
15. Please have the assistant check and confirm that the zippers and zipper covers are fully tightened, the mask field of view is clear, all air lines are securely connected, and the protective suit is in better working condition.
Disassembly Instructions
Disrobe from your protective gear as follows:
When the protective suit still has sufficient air, leave the work site or "hot zone" to safely decontaminate and promptly remove the protective suit.
If protective suits come into contact with toxic chemicals, they should be decontaminated appropriately before removing them.
Remove protective gear in the opposite order of donning it, avoiding contact with areas on the gear that may have been contaminated with chemicals.
4. If possible, decontaminate, clean, inspect, and conduct pressure testing on the protective suits for reuse.
If decontamination of the protective suit is not possible, it should be disposed of using safe methods.
