Ultimate Frisbee is a threshold sport that is both challenging and highly entertaining. Known as Ultimate Disc in English, it signifies the challenge of self-improvement and breaking through limits.

Frisbee sports have been invented and introduced in the United States since 1948, and after just a few years of development, it has already formed over 10 competitive events. Among the many frisbee projects, three themes are popular with players: Disc Golf, Freestyle Frisbee, and Ultimate. The Ultimate competition was officially included in the World Games program in 2001.
