The base surface must be dense, free of loose, sandy, or delaminated areas.

2. The floor concrete strength has reached C25 and above, with the surface pressure bearing capacity exceeding 60 MPa; 3. The surface flatness of the subgrade has achieved a straight-edge test of no more than 3mm over a distance of 2 meters.

4. The construction of the first-floor epoxy flooring should start with moisture-proof treatment of the ground; 5. The moisture content of the base surface should be less than 4%.

II. Requirements for the Floor Coating Construction on the Space Environment

1. Clearing the construction site of materials, construction waste, and equipment.

2. Other construction teams have evacuated the work area; non-employees and vehicles are strictly prohibited from entering the floor paint construction zone.

3. Walls and ceilings must be free of leaks and water seepage.

4. Ensure adequate lighting in the construction area to provide good visibility for workers.

The construction area is equipped with excellent ventilation facilities, ensuring the air circulation during or after construction aids in drying the paint layer, thus shortening the curing time.

Three: Floor Paint Application Technical Solution (I) Construction Process Flow:

1. Surface Preparation: The base is meticulously sanded and thoroughly dusted.

2. Epoxy Primer Application: Apply an penetrative epoxy primer to ensure thorough penetration into the ground, achieving an even film on the surface without any omissions and with a certain level of luster.

3. Perform local sanding, dusting, and application of epoxy primer on the base surface after the epoxy undercoat has been applied.

4. Epoxy Primer Application: Evenly spread quartz sand or putty over the entire base surface according to the process requirements.

5. Epoxy Resin Surface Coating Application: Fine grinding and dust removal, uniformly apply the epoxy coating to the entire substrate according to the process requirements.

6. Maintenance and construction completed.
