Key Points to Note During the Construction of the Screw Conveyer
The screw elevator is composed of components such as worm gears, housing, bearings, and lead screws. Its working principle is as follows: the motor or manual drive rotates the worm, which in turn drives the worm gear to slow down and rotate. The interior of the worm gear is machined into an internal thread, propelling the lead screw to move up and down. Due to the presence of worm gears inside, the lead screw's reduction effect amplifies the thrust.
A few points to note during the construction process.
1. Monitor registration and filing.
In compliance with the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Regulations for Supervision and Administration of Construction Lifting Machinery," ensure the property registration and usage registration of construction lifting machinery. Property registration is crucial for equipment management and should be strictly handled according to regulations.
Mandatory promotion and management of registration for equipment usage must be implemented. Cranes and lifting equipment that are not registered are prohibited from being used on construction sites. The construction authorities responsible for handling registration or record-keeping should establish an archive of construction lifting machinery within their administrative region, uniformly number the machinery in accordance with relevant regulations, and regularly publish the status of the lifting machinery to the public.
