Wear-resistant tube

Wear-resistant pipe conveyance has already spread to industries such as electricity, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, chemicals, building materials, and machinery, and is developing rapidly.

Wear on abrasion-resistant pipes is a common occurrence; any two contacting objects with surfaces in relative motion will experience wear. Pipeline wear refers to the damage caused by the detachment or transfer of material on the surface of the pipe material due to the impact of flowing water and small, loose particles.

Using wear-resistant pipes made from ideal high-strength, high-toughness, and high-plasticity materials is a key method to reduce abrasive wear.

Wear-resistant pipe materials are generally categorized into four types: 1. High polymer material pipes; 2. Non-metallic inorganic material pipes; 3. Metal material pipes; 4. Composite material pipes.

Wear-resistant pipes are widely used in the transportation of mine backfill, ore concentrate, and tailings in severely abrasive mining operations. They are also highly suitable for coal-fired power plants for transporting powder, slag removal, and ash conveying.
