Abrasion-resistant pipe

Wear-resistant pipe conveyance has already been widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, coal, oil, chemicals, building materials, and machinery, and is developing rapidly.

Wear on abrasion-resistant pipes is a common occurrence; any two contacting surfaces with relative motion will experience wear. Pipe wear refers to the damage caused by the detachment or transfer of material on the surface due to the impact of flowing water and small, loose particles on the pipe material.

Tubing made from ideal high-strength, high-toughness, and high-plasticity materials is a crucial method for reducing abrasive wear.

The materials for wear-resistant pipes are generally categorized into four types: 1. High polymer material pipes; 2. Non-metallic inorganic material pipes; 3. Metal material pipes; 4. Composite material pipes.

Abrasion-resistant pipes are widely used for conveying materials in severe wear conditions in mines, such as filling materials, concentrate, and tailings. They are also highly suitable for coal-fired power plants in conveying powder, slag removal, and ash transport.
