The lawnmower barge, though merely a grass-cutting machine, is indispensable to the construction industry. This is because most of the raw materials like sand and stone used in construction are sourced from rivers and seas. The weed problem in these waterways can only be addressed by the lawnmower barge.
The normal operation of a grass cutter is crucial, therefore, to ensure its proper functioning, the following tasks must be adequately performed:
1. Select forward and backward movement, and lift the large arm based on the site conditions. The movements should be agile. If there are stones, sludge, or other debris in the hopper, they should be cleared promptly.
2. Regularly inspect the fasteners on chain bolts, pins, and drive system mounting points for tightness.
3. When the cutter boat is stopped, ensure the sand in the hopper does not exceed half of its total capacity. Then, slowly lift the large arm until the four corners of the underwater wheel are visible above the water surface. Upon confirming there is no sand left in the hopper, shut down the front diesel engine first, followed by the rear diesel engine.
4. When mowing, if the wind reaches above level 5, the boat must temporarily dock and anchor to prevent malfunctions, as well as for inspections or part replacements, which also require the boat to be stopped and work halted.
5. During the use of the lawn boat, check all screws for tightness and regularly apply lubricating oil.
Only by completing the aforementioned tasks can the grass cutter operate effectively, thus we hope all users of the sand dredger pay close attention to these tasks.
Don't be fooled by the lawnmower barge's limited use to just cutting grass; however, there are few machines that can match its cutting capacity. While dredging barges can also cut grass mechanically, the results are nowhere near comparable to those of the lawnmower barge. Therefore, the construction industry is inseparable from the lawnmower barge, and even if they seem unrelated, it doesn't diminish their reliance on each other.
Our current home, the highways we travel on, and the decorative panels we use are all examples widely applied in the construction industry. Moreover, the grass-cutting from our lawn mowers isn't just for leveling ditches; it can also be used in industries such as manufacturing and agriculture.
