Press-welded elbow, which is formed by stamping a half-ring elbow from a sheet of the same material as the pipe using a stamping mold, and then welding the two half-ring elbows together. Due to the different welding standards for various pipelines, it is usually shipped as semi-finished products with spot welding at assembly points, and the welding is performed on-site according to the pipeline weld grade, hence also known as a two-piece welded elbow.

Elbow: A pipe fitting used in piping systems to connect two pipes of the same or different nominal diameters, allowing the pipeline to turn at a specific angle.

Elbow classification: Commonly used angles include 45°, 90°, and 180°, with additional non-standard angles like 60° available as required by engineering needs.

Ways of connecting pipes include direct welding (a common method), flange connection, threaded connection, and socket and spigot connections, among others.
