Conveyor systems are an indispensable and crucial part of the production process, especially for industries such as chemicals and food processing. From raw materials to reactors, from reactors to drying or centrifugal equipment, and finally to mixing equipment, the conveying process is a vital link. Faced with certain special materials, such as those with high moisture content, low density, or complex mixing, the material's adhesion can cause difficulties in discharging.
In recent years, we have first promoted our customers to the pipe chain conveyor in industries such as chemicals and food. Compared to traditional conveying methods, the pipe chain conveyor offers advantages like flexible layout, longer conveying distance, multi-point feeding and discharging, lower failure rate, and lower energy consumption. As a result, the market share of pipe chain conveyors has been increasing year by year, becoming the preferred choice for chemical and other enterprises.
The Chain Conveyer utilizes pure mechanical principles, propelling material movement through the cyclic motion of chains and scrapers within the pipeline, completely disregarding the material's fluidity. In terms of layout flexibility and conveying distance, the Chain Conveyer can be easily adjusted to various angles, effectively handling tasks of vertical lifting, horizontal conveying, or complex Z, S, and circular patterns. Additionally, equipped with external bearings, the Chain Conveyer isolates the power unit from the material, in conjunction with a fully enclosed pipeline, to achieve dust-free and pollution-free conveying.
The active box (driven box) of the pipe chain conveyor features side branches, which are connected to the active box (driven box). An 8-tooth sprocket is mounted inside the active box (driven box), and the conveying pipe is connected via flanges. The ends of the conveying pipe are connected to the side branches on both sides of the active box (driven box). The conveying chain is driven and connected to the active sprocket through the conveying pipe and the inner holes of the branches. The cross-section shape of the conveying pipe is circular.
The conveying chain consists of horizontal links and vertical links shaped like anchor chains, fixed on the vertical links, circular. The conveyor structure is simple and reasonable, suitable for narrow and irregular spaces and widely used in material handling. According to the different requirements of the user's on-site space, the pipe chain conveyor can also be applied individually for horizontal, inclined, or vertical lifting, and can achieve conveying applications with multiple feeding or discharge ports.
The directional sprocket can also be set at the bend of the pipeline for chain direction change. Depending on the user's on-site operation, it can have multiple feeding and discharge points, enabling a single pipe chain with multiple feeding and discharge stations. The raw materials transported are kept in a sealed state from the inlet to the outlet flange, ensuring no dust leakage into the environment during transportation. No dust collector is needed at the outlet, allowing for simple exhaust, meeting modern environmental protection requirements of enterprises. Nitrogen protection can be added during the conveying process, catering to the transportation needs of flammable and explosive powdered materials.
A Chain Conveyer is a pipeline conveying equipment used for transporting various powdered materials. It consists of enclosed pipelines with driving devices at the pipeline ends and inlets and outlets along the conveying pipeline. Inside the pipeline, there is a conveying chain with circular conveying plates that moves in a circular path under the traction of the driving device, transporting the material from the inlet to the outlet. The entire conveying process of the Chain Conveyer is sealed within the pipeline.
