The composition of power cables should be: consisting of a conductor core, insulation layer, and sheath. Detailed classification (high voltage, low voltage is not mentioned): conductor core, inner semiconducting layer, insulation layer, outer semiconducting layer, copper shield, filler, inner lining, double steel strip protective layer, and outer sheath.
Flame-retardant/Fire-resistant electrical cables. The flame-retardant grade is indicated by adding "A", "B", or "C" after the letter "Z", such as "ZA", "ZB", "ZC". When "ZR" is used, it is generally considered to be "C" grade flame-retardant. The indication for flame-retardant fire-resistant grade is by inserting "A", "B", or "C" into the middle of "ZN", such as "ZAN", "ZBN", "ZCN". 3. Product Usage Characteristics: (1) No preheating is required when laying the cable under environmental temperatures not below 0°C. The laying drop of the cable is unrestricted. (2) The long-term allowable operating temperature of the conductor core must not exceed the following specifications: cables with an outer sheath of polyvinyl chloride jacket are 90°C; cables with an outer sheath of polyethylene jacket are 80°C. (3) The temperature must not exceed 250°C during a short-circuit of the conductor core (long-lasting for 5 seconds). (4) The minimum bending radius for cable laying is as follows: Single-core cable: 20(d+D)±5%; Three-core cable: 15(d+D)±5%. Where: D is the actual outer diameter of the cable, d is the actual outer diameter of the conductor.

Cable power, divided by voltage grades:
1. Low-voltage cables: Suitable for fixed installation on AC 50Hz transmission and distribution lines with rated voltages of 3kV and below for power transmission.
2. Medium and Low Voltage Cables (generally 35KV and below): Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) insulated cables, Polyethylene (PE) insulated cables, Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cables, etc.
3. High-voltage cables (typically 110KV and above): Polyethylene cables and cross-linked polyethylene insulated cables, etc.
4. Pressurized Cables: (275~800KV)
5. Ultra-high-voltage cables: (1000KV and above).
