Electrolytic sodium hypochlorite generators must be handled with care during installation and use. Avoid impacts and hammering, and ensure to protect the anode coating; do not damage it.
2. Prior to operation, the sealing integrity of all pipe connections and the opening/closing status of all valves should be checked. Particular attention should be paid to ensuring that the hydrogen exhaust port is properly routed outdoors; it is strictly prohibited to discharge directly into the equipment room.
3. During installation and operation, pay close attention to the wiring of the generator's positive and negative terminals to the rectifier's positive and negative terminals. Incorrect wiring is not permitted, as it will severely affect the lifespan of the electrical conduit.
4. Strictly prohibit the startup of direct current (DC) power under a situation where the cooling water is disconnected. Also, it is forbidden to vacuum the salt solution in the circulating槽 simultaneously while the DC power is providing electricity for electrolysis.
