The "Elevate and Lift" model allows for installation and maintenance without draining water or stopping gas. It saves energy consumption and reduces costs; it is also convenient to maintain during use.
Operation Principle: The pressure air from the blower passes through the air distribution main into the supply pipe and into the aeration chamber of the aeration unit. The air volume is stored in the aeration chamber and forms a ring-shaped gas at the inlet holes of the aeration pipe, causing the membrane of the micro-porous aeration pipe to bulge. The air passes through the micro-pores of the membrane tube to aerate the water, forming microbubbles. When the supply of air stops, the membrane tube elastically contracts to the frame support, the micro-pores retract and close, preventing backflow of the water and blocking of the aeration unit.
Installation Matters:
The main pipeline at the water surface is welded into a single pipe according to the drawing dimensions. Lines are marked on the entire pipe, and gas outlet branch connections are welded. One end of each gas outlet branch connection is welded to the main gas pipeline, while the other end is connected to a flange, ensuring that each gas outlet branch connection is on a single horizontal line. The height above the pool surface is typically 300-500mm as per the drawing, with specific dimensions determined by the user's water surface height, ensuring the gas outlet branch flanges are above the water level for easy maintenance in the future. The opening is approximately 1000-1200mm as per the drawing, which is the spacing between each aeration unit.
After welding the gas transmission branch pipe joint, weld a blind plate at one end of the main gas transmission pipe and a valve flange at the other end. Then, place the main gas transmission pipe in the actual position marked on the drawing.
After the gas main welding is completed, it is directly fixed to the wall with U-shaped clips; the gas main is placed on a support, which is then secured to the pool body.
After the gas supply branch pipe connected to the aeration unit is installed, install the aeration unit, adjust the aeration unit, and ensure the aeration unit is aligned in a straight line.
Ensure all connection point screws are tightened to prevent air leakage.
