Recently, several track-type lifting platforms were installed in Nantong, Jiangsu. One of the platforms experienced a malfunction during the ascent to the second floor. In response to this issue, we sent professional installation technicians to the customer's site. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the problem was primarily due to the improper joining of the tracks during installation, which led to the lifting platform experiencing issues when ascending to the second floor, as the track wheel would encounter the joint, causing this situation.

The primary method to solve this issue is to ensure the verticality of the guide rail during the installation process of the guide rail elevator. When joining the guide rails, the side with the guide rail wheel should not be welded; instead, the other three sides should be焊接. If the customer requires welding all three sides, use a grinder to smooth the surface after welding. This ensures that no similar noises occur during the lifting and lowering process of the guide rail wheel.
