What are the installation processes for fixed elevating platforms?
Today, the editor of Hengda Elevator gives you a detailed introduction to the installation process of fixed elevating platforms:
Firstly, the installation requires digging a pit or a trench, which serves as the storage area for the fixed lifting platform. The size and height of the pit are determined by the length, width, and height of the lifting platform. The bottom of the pit is leveled using construction cement for irrigation purposes, and prefabricated parts are embedded at the corners to secure the lifting platform. All corners of the pit must be 90 degrees, with each face perpendicular to the others.
(2) Fixed Welding: The installation crew welded the bottom corners of the lifting platform to the pre-buried components, ensuring the platform is securely placed and prevents any sliding during operation.
(3) Ensure levelness: After the lifting platform is securely fixed, check the levelness of the platform surface and the ground, ensuring they are aligned. The lifting platform may slightly be below the ground level to facilitate easy transportation of goods onto the platform.
(4) Welding path, fixed lifting platforms require additional paths to ensure they do not drift during their upward movement. The lifting platforms move up and down along the path.
(5) Power up the equipment; one step is to connect the power. Attach the wires from the distribution box to the power lines, ensuring the circuit operates normally. After the lifting platform is fully assembled, a repeated trial operation is required. The assembly is only complete after the lifting platform is operating normally.
Above is the installation process for fixed elevating platforms and hoists, hoping it can be of assistance to you.
