The core components are sourced from well-known European brands, and some pipe valves are from the +GF+ brand in the USA. After years of continuous innovation and improvement, the product is stable and reliable, highly automated, and can be remotely operated via a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system.
Working Principle
The lime dosing system is a device that prepares lime powder into a solution of a certain concentration and adds it.
Material is stored in a warehouse, weighed by a feed scale, transported by a screw conveyor to the lime dissolution system, where it is dissolved, and then pumped to the feeding point by a screw or slurry pump.
Lime is commonly used in water treatment systems.
