Septic tank hoisting has always been a challenging aspect of the installation process. What should we pay attention to when hoisting a septic tank? Today, I'll introduce some key points to you.
Prior to the lifting, the base layer must be leveled before the lifting equipment is positioned.
Next, it is crucial to pay attention to the inlets and outlets of the septic tank during the hoisting process.
The septic tank elevation must once again comply with engineering design requirements during hoisting.
After the septic tank is hoisted into place, it must be locally adjusted for leveling. Once the glass-fiber reinforced septic tank is properly positioned, it must be filled with one-third clear water to stabilize it before being manually compacted. After the glass-fiber reinforced septic tank is in place, backfilling must occur in layers. The lower part of the tank should be filled with sand and soil (height should not be less than half the diameter of the tank), and it is strictly prohibited to use construction waste as backfill. Stones in the backfill soil should be removed, and the backfill soil should be compacted in layers, with each layer compacted to a thickness of 30mm. It is recommended to use manual compaction, and it is crucial to avoid local violent impacts during backfilling (such as using air compactors), ensuring the surrounding backfill soil is dense.
