I. Overview
With the rapid development of industrial and agricultural production, water supply in many regions is increasingly insufficient, and water bodies are being polluted, leading to the deterioration of water quality from some sources. Water is a precious resource in nature, an indispensable substance for industrial and agricultural production, and people's lives. Water conservation efforts are becoming increasingly important, and the number of wastewater reuse projects is gradually increasing. However, in some factories or wastewater treatment stations, the incomplete backwashing of filtration equipment, excessive floor space requirements, and high self-water consumption are restricting the progress of water treatment work.
In light of the broad application of filtration equipment and the current engineering conditions, there is an urgent need for a filtration device with high precision, high filtration speed, thorough backwashing, and low self-usage water volume.

Section II: Principle of PCF Filter
During the filtration process, the fibers are compressed by a rotating machine, reducing the gaps between the fibers and trapping suspended particles in the water, which are then left outside the fibers. The filtered water is clean. As the amount of trapped suspended impurities (debris) in the filter increases, the treated water volume decreases, and the pressure reaches the set value, the automatic backwashing process is initiated.
By relaxing the squeezing mechanism of the filter during backwashing, the pores of the filtration fibers are allowed to dilate. Compressed air and treated water are then used to backflush, expelling the impurities through the discharge pipe. Following this, the process automatically re-enters the filtration cycle, thereby achieving the principle of cleaning the impurities and retaining the purity.
