The machining accuracy of CNC machines typically ranges from 0.05 to 0.1mm. CNC machines are controlled by digital signals, with each pulse output from the CNC device causing the moving parts of the machine to move one pulse equivalent (usually 0.001mm).

The basic components of CNC machine tools include the processing program carrier, CNC control unit, servo drive unit, machine tool body, and other auxiliary devices. Below is a brief overview of the basic working principles of each component. When operating a high-speed CNC machine tool, there is no need for workers to directly operate the machine tool.
