Decide on the appropriate style of fence based on the environment. We now offer a variety of fence styles using concrete panels. The fence can be designed with transparency, with zinc or concrete railing installed above the concrete panels. It can also serve as a long-lasting barrier, as the entire structure is built with concrete panels, ensuring the view inside is concealed from the outside. This type of fence is particularly suitable for courtyard protection.
Several farms are now using our cement board fences for construction. The outer protection of the farm fences typically uses 8cm thickness, while each farming area is built with 5cm thick farm fences. Each small farming section is directly enclosed with a 1-meter-high isolation. Later, if expansion or reduction is needed, the fences can be easily dismantled and rebuilt. Our fences are simply anchored with legs pre-buried underground, and each panel is directly fitted into the posts' slots for a quick installation.
Each cement wall panel features a circular hole in the center, supported by cold drawn steel bars inside, ensuring that even during transportation or after damage, the panel will not easily break or disintegrate. The finished material is made from common construction materials, making it rust and corrosion-resistant for long-term use. In high summer temperatures, regular spraying of water on the wall is sufficient for maintaining the fence's integrity.
Each cement wall panel, 5cm thick, weighs over 90 kilograms, with the 8cm thickness being slightly heavier. This type of wall performs well in wind resistance, and the raw material prices are relatively low among building walls. The manufacturing process is a one-time molding directly in the workshop, ensuring the panels are not overly heavy and there's no risk of theft or loss. Installation is unaffected by environmental conditions, allowing for direct step-by-step construction even on uneven ground. Within a day, a 140-meter-long fence can be erected on cultivated land.
