Cautionary Notes for the Use of Check Valves

1. The check valve should be inspected for leaks before opening to ensure that there are no leakage defects in the Zhongnuclear Sufa valve and in the stuffing box.

2. If the operation of the shut-off rod cannot be manually completed, a wrench can be used as a substitute. In the case of the wrench, it is still not engaged. It is safe not to use a long wrench to forcefully open and close the valve to avoid damage, even in the event of an accident.

3. Sufa Valves' cutoff valves, when applied in medium-pressure steam piping, require condensate drainage prior to operation. Subsequently, the piping system is subjected to steam preheating, with the working pressure maintained between 0.2 and 0.3 MPa. The primary objective of this process is to prevent damage to sealing components due to sudden changes in environmental temperature and pressure. Once the learning state is confirmed and stabilized, the pressure can be adjusted to the desired technical level.
