The magnetic materials that make up the magnetic templates have undergone strict temperature resistance screening and testing, making them suitable for use with plastic products. When the mold back panel temperature exceeds 120 degrees Celsius or more, it can lead to a decrease in the adhesive force of the magnetic template. Our magnetic templates are equipped with high-temperature alarm values, and when a temperature alarm occurs, insulation treatment of the mold back panel is required to prevent a decrease in adhesive force. Special customization can achieve a working temperature of up to 200 degrees.
