1. The filter of the underfloor heating system should be cleaned once a year before use. The specific method is as follows: first, close the inlet and return valves connected to the main pipeline, then open the filter, remove and clean the filter mesh, check for any damage or blockage in the mesh. If damaged, replace it with a mesh of the same specification and reinstall it as originally (do not let any debris enter the pipeline during the disassembly and assembly of the filter mesh).
2. During the initial water supply or operation of the ground heating system, air may accumulate in the pipes, affecting the heating effect. In this case, you can open the air vent valves on the diverter and collector to expel the gas, which is the same method as traditional heating.
Branch water flows can be adjusted via ball valves on each branch to control the temperature of respective parts; however, adjustments should be made cautiously to avoid affecting other branches.
The underground radiant heating pipes are only about 3-4 cm from the floor surface. Hitting or striking the ground can easily damage the heating pipes. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to strike or撞击 the ground where the radiant heating pipes are laid, and any sharp objects are forbidden from being inserted into the floor to prevent damage to the heating pipes.
5. When users absolutely need to drill holes on the roof, please ensure that the drilling depth does not exceed the thickness of the floor structure layer to prevent damage to the upper radiant heating pipes.
6. There are numerous exposed pipes near the manifolds and separators; it is advisable to avoid contact with organic solvents such as alcohol, gasoline, paint, asphalt, etc. Protection should be ensured, and protective covers are recommended.
Do not place high-temperature heat sources near separators, condensers, or on floors with installed underfloor heating to prevent damage to the piping system.
8. During the winter, if indoor heating is not provided, it is important to take precautions. Notify the property management to drain the water from the piping to prevent the water in the heating pipes from freezing and causing cracks in the manifold components or blockages and fractures in the pipes.
