Dolomite is an inorganic salt mineral with a Mohs hardness of 3.5-4, primarily composed of calcium and magnesium inorganic salts. It contains iron and manganese elements; when iron and manganese exceed magnesium, it is referred to as iron dolomite or manganese dolomite. In dolomite, AL2O3 and Fe2O3 mainly produce minerals with low melting points, especially AL2O3.
Application Fields:
One: Magnesium metal materials (30-120mm), refractory insulation materials, and ironmaking blast furnace plug raw materials (0-30mm)
Industry of Chemical Manufacturing: Production of magnesium salts, calcium sulfate, light magnesium oxide, mannitol, and aluminum hydroxide; dolomite powder as a filler for plastics and plastics.
Section 3: Decorative Industry: Production of ceramics, laminated glass, and concrete
Agricultural & Animal Husbandry: Production of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer and organic chemical concentrated feed.
Origin: Primarily produced in Shandong and Liaoning Provinces, symbolically from the Dashiqiao area in Liaoning Province
Primary Application:
Sintering Furnace Ironmaking Organic Solvent: Capable of integrating melted silicon, aluminum, sulfur, phosphorus, and other non-essential or harmful elements, transforming them into ash that is easily separated from the molten steel. 0-30mm
Glass Manufacturing: Enhance the luster of laminated glass and the bend-compressive strength of fiberglass products. 0.15-2mm
Porcelain: 0.15-2mm
Magnesium Processing: 30-120mm
Refractory Insulation Materials
Processing Technology:
Light calcined dolomite: Suitable for iron smelting, also used in the production of mannitol, and widely utilized in decorative building materials, concrete, laminated glass, ceramics, and other fields. Calcining temperature: 1000℃
Clinker Machinery Equipment: Tower Kiln; Fuel: Anthracite Coal
Crushed (30-50mm) - Manually misfed materials (dolomite, anthracite) - Material feeding belt - Vertical kiln calcination - Separation and screening
Reburned Magnesite: Due to its high calcination temperature and even kiln temperature, the produced magnesite sand boasts high purity, high density, uniform composition, and better anti-hydration properties compared to light burning. It is suitable for manufacturing magnesite bricks, magnesia calcium bricks, and high-calcium不定形 refractory insulation materials. Calcination temperature: 1600-1800℃
