The extruded molding of the ladder edges and crossbars results in a smooth surface of the bridge, and the reasonable processing technology and connection methods make the installation of the bridge easy. The large-span disc-style straight-through can bear a load of up to 6 meters. The aluminum alloy disc-shaped bottom plate can be designed with a flat structure or embossed stamping structure as required.

  

Some aluminum alloys can be heat-treated to achieve excellent mechanical, physical, and corrosion-resistant properties.

  

Aluminum alloys for casting can be divided into aluminum-silicon alloys, aluminum-copper alloys, aluminum-magnesium alloys, aluminum-zinc alloys, and aluminum rare earth alloys. Among them, aluminum-silicon alloys further include simple aluminum-silicon alloys (cannot be heat treated for strengthening, with lower mechanical properties, but good casting properties), and special aluminum-silicon alloys (can be heat treated for strengthening, with higher mechanical properties, and good casting properties).
