   TLGJJ SeriesHigh Shear Mixer（High-Speed Shearing Deflocculating Machine (Abbreviated as HSDM)）Also known as a high-speed deflocculator or high-cuttings machine, it is one of the key equipment in the heavy medium coagulation and sedimentation water treatment process. The remaining sludge from the heavy medium coagulation and sedimentation system first enters the high-cuttings machine. The concrete flocs are crushed, and the high-shear machine's unique channel design, combined with high-speed rotation, generates intense shearing force. This allows the heavy medium powder within the flocs to become free, facilitating the magnetic separator's recovery of magnetic heavy medium powder from the sludge, thereby enhancing the recovery and utilization efficiency of the heavy medium magnetic powder.
