CPI products used in lubricated compressors are affected by oil and lubrication systems; too much is a problem – too little is a problem – inconsistent delivery is a problem. Our experience in assisting clients to achieve reliable lubrication, maintain compressor efficiency, and protect targets has earned us a reputation for introducing new skills and knowledge in lubrication systems. By providing materials and better lubrication systems and controllers, we can offer compressor users performance and extended oil-and-gas lubrication system life. Each model can be used as a suction pump or a pressure pump, and the suction pump can be equipped with a sight glass for visual operation inspection. Many pumps now come with roller bearings on the swing arm. Roller bearings prevent the swing arm from cutting grooves in the oil reservoir cam, ensuring a proper amount of lubricant is provided over the long term. Without roller bearings, the wear on the cam would reduce the swing arm's displacement and continually decrease the amount of lubricant supplied to the system. The pump is primarily designed, though not exclusively, for the European pump market, and the production of the 2012E pump has proven to have a reliable pump configuration. Features include heavy-duty castings, double ball discharge connectors, modular cylinders, and tubes with filters. We offer box-style vacuum, gravity feeding, and pressure feeding models. A one-piece steel pump body with a modular cylinder component represents a new pump design. Many factors influence the oil-and-gas lubrication of sliding bearings, such as oil supply volume, air pressure, load, and bearing structure. To study the effect of bearing structure on oil-and-gas lubrication in sliding bearings, oil-and-gas lubrication and oil lubrication tests were conducted on grooved sliding bearings using a friction and wear testing machine. The temperature rise and friction coefficient of oil-and-gas lubrication and oil lubrication of grooved sliding bearings at the same rotational speed under different load levels were measured.
