In addition to other matters, oil-gas lubrication systems also utilize the "oil-gas system," where a limited supply of intermittent lubricant is insufficient and continuous supply to the lubrication points is required. For instance, high-speed bearings are a case in point. Processed air is used as the transmission medium.

Another throttle valve can reduce the supplied air volume. The oil metering unit and throttle valve are connected to the so-called mixing chamber, which leads to the fuel-oil pipeline. The original pulsating droplets from the oil metering unit are suctioned through the pipeline by the pressure in the pipeline, forming a strip-like oil. This allows the oil pump to deliver oil to the lubrication points, thus avoiding unwanted oil mist.
Oily streaks can be monitored through streak sensors located upstream of the lubrication points. These monitoring sensors can also check for pipe leaks or ensure that the lubrication points are securely lubricated. The airflow in the pipeline cools the lubrication points, and the overpressure of the air provides protection against bearing contamination. This system is often referred to as a compact-volume lubrication system.

Bearings cleaned for better reliability: Continuously supply a moderate amount of fresh lubricant; sealed air related to the system can protect the bearings from external contamination. Minimize lubricant usage to maximize safety and environmental hygiene.
