Nickel wire mesh is a filtration mesh woven from nickel wires, with the most common types being N4 and N6. N6 material contains over 99.5% nickel, and nickel wire mesh made from N4 material can be fully replaced by N6 material. Nickel wire mesh boasts excellent corrosion and alkaline resistance, and is primarily used for screening, gas and liquid filtration, and other medium separations in environments with strong acids and alkalis.

The primary weaving techniques for nickel wire mesh include plain weave, twill weave, and mat weave. The main specifications for plain weave range from 1 mesh to 200 meshes, with the weaving characteristic being the same density of warp and weft threads per inch. Twill weave, with specifications ranging from 1 mesh to 220 meshes, exhibits better tensile properties than plain weave. Mat weave has main specifications from 45 meshes to 800 meshes, achieving a filtration precision up to 20um, which is unattainable by plain weave and twill weave meshes.

Primarily suitable for industries such as oil, chemical, fiber, rubber, tire manufacturing, metallurgy, and food, nickel wire is woven into various specifications of mesh and fabric, featuring excellent acid, alkali, and high-temperature resistance properties.
