The Full-Flow Submersible Pump is a product resulting from the combination of full-flow pump technology and gate technology. It is mainly used for electromechanical drainage and irrigation, water transfer between large rivers, urban environmental landscape recycling water, and water intake projects with low lift and high flow for flood prevention and drainage, or a combination of irrigation and drainage.


This product boasts the following advantages:


Wet stator structure, winding does not require sealing


The coil of the wet rotor winding structure is manufactured using a multi-layer co-melting and co-extrusion winding wire technology, creating waterproof winding wire that is not afraid of water immersion and does not have issues caused by poor sealing and leakage. It surpasses the existing dry-type stator submersible pumps.


2. Compact structure and reduced dimensions


Compact in size and structure, the axial dimensions are nearly halved compared to traditional dry-suction axial flow pumps. Light in weight, metal consumption is reduced by 40% and it allows for self-priming installation. It can be adapted to various installation methods suitable for engineering applications, such as vertical, horizontal, and inclined, simplifying the pump station structure. Ideal for pump stations combining bidirectional irrigation and drainage. Horizontal axial flow is the primary installation method, with options for inclined or vertical installation as well.

The water flows through, minimizing the impact of bends and irregular pipes. The flow distribution is even, the flow pattern is smooth, with minimal local losses. The added short sections reduce flow path losses, significantly improving the efficiency of the device.
