Construction Layout: Includes verifying the assembly specifications and hole positions of engineering drawings, releasing 1:1 samples to check connection points, inspecting specifications of all parts, and manufacturing sample rods for reference in cutting, bending, machining, drilling, and hole making.
Total Raw Materials: Includes regularly inspected and inspected raw materials, marked with laser cutting, machining, drilling, and hole-making processing areas, and opening holes for part numbering. When numbering materials, pay attention to the following issues:
1) Cut patterns based on the ingredient list and samples, aiming to save as much raw material as possible.

Vertical Correction: Includes equipment correction with channel steel straighteners and flame correction, etc.
Edge and Apex Processing: Methods include edging, planing, milling, carbon arc cutting, fully automatic and semi-automatic oxygen cutting machines, beveling machine processing, etc.
Rolled Rounds: Available in options such as symmetrical three-axis rolling machines, asymmetrical three-axis rolling machines, and four-axis rolling machines, etc., for mechanical processing and manufacturing.
Bending: Depending on different specifications of raw materials, production can be carried out using equipment such as channel steel rolling machines, CNC bending machines, sheet metal bending and stamping machines, etc. When heat treatment forming is used, the temperature must be adjusted properly to meet the required specifications.
Hole Making: Includes bolt holes, general connection screw holes, high-strength bolt holes, anchor bolt holes, etc. Hole making is typically done by drilling, and in some cases, for thinner, less critical connection points such as plates, pads, and reinforcing plates, a punch press can be used. Drilling is often carried out on a planer, but when a convenient planer is not available, hand drills, core drills, and magnetic base drills can be used for production.
Steel frame assembly: Methods include pattern laying, prototype copy installation, vertical assembly, mold assembly, etc.
Welding: A critical phase in the production of steel structures, demanding stringent selection of scientific and reasonable welding techniques and methods.
Friction Surface Solutions: Options include sandblasting, shot blasting, acid pickling passivation, and polishing, strictly adhering to design specifications and relevant requirements in the execution of construction work.
