Steel Structure Drying Equipment
Many drying processes require the use of rotary dryers, such as coal slime drying, distiller's grains drying, forage drying, ore sand drying, quartz sand drying, yellow sand drying, mold sand drying, calcium carbonate drying, and more.
The above drying is commonly done using single-tube drum dryers (single-tube, as opposed to multi-layer sleeve drum dryers). In actual use, it has been found that these single-tube dryers generally have higher energy consumption. Compared to fluidized bed and boiling bed drying, they are easier to control and operate. Moreover, they are less affected by strong winds. Fluidized bed and boiling bed drying are easily affected by wind, often deteriorating in performance when there are changes in resistance like bag dust removal or water film dust removal, sometimes rendering them unusable. In contrast, the impact on drum dryers is not as significant. In short, drum dryers are more user-friendly and have lower requirements for workers. As a result, they are still widely used in many places. However, the high energy consumption is a headache for users, as it essentially amounts to wasting money every day.
