The LPM gas-pulsed bag dust collector's high dust removal efficiency is inseparable from its dust removal mechanism. The dusty gas enters the bottom进气 pipe of the dust collector, passes through the guide plate into the ash hopper, where, due to the impact of the guide plate and the reduction in gas velocity, coarse particle dust falls into the ash hopper. The remaining fine particle dust enters the filter bag chamber with the gas. Due to the inertia, diffusion, barrier, hooking, and electrostatic effects of the filter material fibers and fabric, the dust is trapped inside the filter bags. The purified gas escapes through the bag exterior and is discharged via the exhaust pipe. The accumulated dust on the filter bags is removed using the gas reverse-washing method, and the removed dust falls into the ash hopper, from where it is discharged into the conveying system through a double-layer ash discharge valve. The accumulated dust on the filter bags can also be removed by using a jet-pulse gas flow method, achieving the cleaning purpose, with the removed dust being discharged by the ash discharge system. The high dust removal efficiency of the bag dust collector is also closely related to the filter material.
