Our company is a relatively new, competitive kitchen equipment manufacturer in the Ningbo area. Throughout our growth, we continuously innovate, reform, and enhance our after-sales service. We strive from all angles to ensure that our customers receive practical and effective service during use.


I. Hardware Aspect:

1. We have established a dedicated direct line for repair inquiries: Our company has exclusively set up regional after-sales service departments.

Our office is staffed with a dedicated person on duty every day of the year (including Sundays and holidays) from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with personnel and vehicles on standby.


2. Professional Maintenance Team: The after-sales department is staffed with full-time maintenance personnel, all of whom are engineering technicians with many years of kitchenware manufacturing and production experience. In addition to being on call for故障 elimination by the after-sales department, they also conduct regular巡回 inspections and surveys for each customer. The Engineering Department provides regular technical training for the maintenance staff and submits customer feedback to the production department to facilitate product structure changes to the greatest extent possible.


3. Maintenance Tools and Parts: All maintenance staff are equipped with a set of common repair tools and some consumable parts to ensure that faults in stove and electrical products can be resolved in one go, eliminating the problem at the source.


4. Replacement Parts Supply: Since kitchen equipment has not been included in the national standards, most parts are not interchangeable, and products produced by the same company may also not be compatible due to the rapid updates of kitchenware products. Therefore, we maintain a certain quantity of vulnerable parts in stock for each specification and variety of products, including externally purchased matching products. All products, their internal structures, and users of these products are computer-filed and documented in the archive, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of maintenance work.


5. After-Sales Service Time Limits: The after-sales department will arrive at the repair site within 30 minutes for city areas after receiving a dedicated phone call. For suburban areas, it will take 90 minutes to arrive, and for cross-regional service, it will take between 6 to 12 hours. Local service points will send staff to perform repairs in their respective regions.


Section Two: Software Solutions

1. Customer Training: The manufacturer is responsible for providing operation and maintenance training for all equipment supplied; in charge of technical training for the customer's engineering department professionals on kitchen equipment repair and maintenance.


2. Initial Service Trial: Upon the equipment's start of operation, the manufacturer will dispatch one fully skilled maintenance technician, based on the scale of the project, to stay on-site for one to a week. This technician will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of kitchen equipment, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment, with all costs covered by the manufacturer.


3. Extended After-Sales Service: The manufacturer warrants the equipment for one year. Any damage caused by the equipment itself is free of charge. For damage due to improper use by the customer or other unforeseen events, only the cost of parts and materials is charged. The manufacturer must depart within 30 minutes of receiving the repair call. After the warranty period, lifetime maintenance is provided at a nominal labor charge.
